Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Webappconnecthub program fees invoiced and settled for a specific cohort or private engagement. Complimentary seats and partner scholarships are not refundable for cash value.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled cohort start. Requests received fewer than 14 days before start may receive a partial refund as described below, or a seat transfer to a later cohort.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds (100% of program fees paid) are available when you cancel within the timeframe above and have not accessed downloadable cohort materials beyond the orientation packet. Partial refunds of 50% may be granted if cancellation occurs after materials release but before the third live clinic. After the third clinic, fees are non-refundable except where required by mandatory law.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees, courier charges for printed binders, custom Controllers Circle travel expenses already incurred, and Briefing Hour add-ons delivered are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@webappconnecthub.digital with your invoice number, program name, and reason for cancellation. We confirm receipt within two business days and may request identity verification matching the payer.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method or, if that method is unavailable, via bank transfer to the corporate payer on the invoice. Currency conversion differences are borne by the payer’s bank.

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date at no additional fee.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or government-mandated travel restrictions affecting Korea-based intensives may qualify for expanded transfer or refund options at our discretion, evaluated case by case.
